(Cha~ayn Joe Mus~aah~low)

(Tea Masala – Home Made)


Cinnamon – 2 cups

Cloves – 1 cup

Black Peppercorns – 1 cup

Green Cardamom – ½ cup

Black Cardamom – 4 nos.

Dry Ginger – ½ cup.


Grind all the ingredients to a powder and mix together.

Store in an airtight container and use as required.

To serve

If stored properly, Chai jo Masalo has a shelf life of over 9 months. A pinch of Chai jo Masalo is added when making tea.
