Hello! Thank you for creating the Panja Khada cookbook and website! We live in the U.S. and use the cookbook every weekend. My mother-in-law left us the cookbook on one of her visits. It's very helpful to have the glossary with the English, Hindi, and Sindhi ingredient names. All the rice recipes turn out perfectly and the Teedali Poath is our favorite dal so far! Teri

I have tried to make beshan ka cheela many times, it comes out hard like stiff paratha, the method i used, 1 cup besan, 3/4 to 1 cup water, salt, red chilli, to shallow fry i used 4 tb.sp oil, cooked on low flame. what am i doing wrong?
