– Curds (yoghurt) – 1 cup

– Mustard seeds (partly crushed) – ¼ tsp

– Ginger powder – ¼ tsp


Method

Step 1: Cook the Rice

– Wash and steam the rice until fully cooked.


Step 2: Combine Ingredients

– While the rice is still warm (not too hot), add beaten curds.

– Add salt, partly crushed mustard seeds, and ginger powder.

– Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined.


Step 3: Cool

– Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

cucumber for extra freshness and texture.
