ATTAY JO SHEERO
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Ghee – 4-5 tblspn.
Water – 3 cups
Sugar – 11/4 cup
Almonds, Pistachio (finely chopped) – 2 tblspn.
Saffron – 1/4 tspn.
Tejano – 1/4 tspn.
Place a kadai on a slow flame and add ghee to it.
Add the flour and keep stirring this mixture on slow flame till it becomes chocolate brown in colour.
Add the water. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
Add sugar, tejano and saffron. Stir well.
Garnish it with almonds and pistachios and serve hot.
