(Coriander Chutney)

Green Chutney Recipe - Dhania Pudina Chutney by Archana's Kitchen


Coriander leaves – 1 medium sized bunch / 2 cups
Ginger – ½” piece
Green Chillies – 3 nos.
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp.
Salt – ½ tsp.
Lime – 1 no.


  1. Wash and finely chop the coriander leaves.
  2. Add chopped ginger, finely chopped green chillies and cumin seeds.
  3. Grind all the above ingredients in a mixer with a little water to make a smooth paste.
  4. Add salt, lime juice and mix well.
  5. Use as required.

To serve

Dharan ji Chutney is served as an accompaniment to any savoury item.
Dharan ji Chutney should be refrigerated and should be consumed within a week of preparartion.
