Three Lentil Curry

Teedali Poath – 2 cups
Dried Fenugreek Leaves – 2 tblsp.
Asafoetida – ¼ tsp.
Ghee – 1 tsp.
1. In a pan, heat the teedali poath. Add 1 ½ cups of water to make it very thin in consistency.
2. Add the dried fenugreek leaves and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
3. In a separate pan, heat the ghee. When hot, add asafetida and allow it to temper.
4. Add the tempered mixture to the Poath mix.
5. Mix well and serve hot.
Loova Poath can be eaten for lunch. It is served hot with Phulko.
