Fried Dumpling Vegetable

Pakoras – 200 gms.
Tomato – 2 nos.
Green chillies – 2 nos.
Ginger – ½” piece
Coriander leaves – 2 tblsp.
Garam Masala – ½ tsp.
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp.
Coriander – cumin powder – ½ tsp.
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp.
Oil – 1 tblsp.
Salt – to taste

1. In a pan, heat the oil on a medium flame. Add finely chopped tomatoes to this and sauté for a few minutes. Add ½ cup of water.
2. Add finely chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, salt and all the spices. Mix well and let bring the mixture to a boiling point or till the tomatoes are cooked and the gravy becomes thick in consistency.
3. Add the Pakoras to the tomato gravy and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.

To serve
Pakora Saag can be eaten with Phulko for any meal and is best enjoyed piping hot.
