Bhatia Flat Bread Wrap

Phulko – 3 nos.

Cabbage – ½ cup

Tomato (large) – 1 no.

Capsicum – 1 no.

Carrot – 1 no.

Lettuce – ¼ bunch

Salt – ½ tsp.

Pepper – ½ tsp.

Chaat masala – ¾ tsp.

Tomato ketchup – 2 tblsp.

Oil – 2 tsp.


1. Shred the cabbage and lettuce finely. Grate the carrot and chop the capsicum and tomato. In a bowl, add all the vegetables and seasonings and mix thoroughly.
2. Take individual Phulkas, spread some tomato ketchup on it evenly. Add the salad mix in the centre and roll up the Phulka.
3. In a non stick pan, roast these Phulko rolls for a few minutes. Serve hot.

To serve

Phulko Wrap is served hot with green coriander chutney or tomato ketchup and makes an excellent evening snack.
