Three Lentil Curry Bread

Tee dali Poath – 1 cup (remove the dried mango and curry leaves)
Green chillies – 2 nos.
Coriander leaves – 1 tblsp.
Whole wheat flour – 2 cups
Salt – to taste
Oil – 3 – 4 tblsp.
1. Chop the green chillies and coriander leaves finely.
2. Combine all the ingredients (except oil) together to make a semi soft dough.
3. Divide into 4 portions and flatten each portion and roll it into a disc.
4. On a heated griddle, place the rolled paratha. Add oil on the sides and allow it to cook on both the sides till it is golden brown in colour.
Teedali Poath jo Paratho is served hot and can be eaten with Curd or Pickle.
